Our staff are always respectful, well mannered, dressed appropriately, on the job, not preoccupied on the phone, and never use foul language or discuss any inappropriate topics in the presence of children.
Safety concerns are not a factor with Bounce House Philly. We teach and encourage safety every step of the way. From providing you with a list of dont’s in our rental agreement to providing a trained service attendants who will setup the equipment for you and teach you how to address any problems if they occur while we are not on site.
There are no hidden fees. You will also receive a confirmation email following your order. Please contact us if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Lastly, cleanliness is priority. After setup, you will always see our service attendants clean the inflatable prior to allowing children to access it and will always show up 30 minutes before the end of the event to breakdown the inflatable and clean the bounce house again before packing it away.
